ha so i completed the marathon in ~4hr 40mins.. 2005's right around the corner, wow. let it snow let it snow..

today we just ran 10 miles in 80+ minutes.. no big deal some of you might think, but for much of my life i never imagined running like that.. in a week we're running a half marathon in vancouver, in less than 2 months a full marathon (26 miles) in san diego.. we'll see how they go! ha i'm gaining alot more from training for a marathon than i thought i would.. its quite psychological and you realize the importance of pacing too.. both pretty important lessons/skills that can be extended to the many other Marathons we all run!

this new year is a little intimidating, don't u think..? life's a tight balancing act.. can i keep my balance? people come and go.. who's next to leave? sh*t happens & some of the worst things happen to some of the best people.. what's going to happen next?
the new year's so exciting tho! new and interesting people i'll meet. old friends i'll get to know again. more ctcr lov'in. i'll see my family again. more mountains to climb. so much to learn and experience. more snowboarding & sailing & marathon & speeches. more "passion for your potential", so to speak. volunteer work. yay yay yay!
life goes on.. where will i next arrive in this journey.. ha, we'll see!

mommy visited.. climbed mt baker.. rafting fraser river @ harrison hot springs.. and beibei - hope u enjoyed your stay!! this 1st year in seattle - it's been such a crazy ride.. i wonder what the 2nd year has in store? things will be soo different... they always are. ha.. hangon tight...

whoooosh. how time flies. marriage snow 1 k's birthday singing contest dye night sliced knee carnival! sometimes... doesn't it feel like all the pieces in this life puzzle fit together? you arrange some pieces, others fall into place by themselves thru a coincidence of events people call "fate" or "luck". and the puzzle just keeps expanding... gett'in bigger... ha, c'est la vie!

ma visted over thanksgiving! new year's @ sf (btw, sf rains as much as seattle?!). skiing snoqualmie. started guitar and climbing classes, and - whistler, i'm coooomming!!!

nearly 10 weeks in seattle already - this summer has been a blast! my asia "final fantasy" tour was everything i could have dreamed of, and more! movein to seattle was smooth, had a great time hanging out with friends working/visiting here..

graduation.. road trip (pittsburgh - new york - orlando - smoky mountains - boston - new york - pittsburgh. 6000 miles).. asia, here i come!!

couple days ago, i let loose a little girl with digital camera in my apartment. i love the pictures she took! will definitely remind me of my life in winthrop - unwashed dishes in the sink, my housemates, the dirty carpet... hahah. pretty soon my life will be packed into boxes bound for seattle...
