Happy New Year ! First of all, let me thank all you wonderful people out there for patronising my Q&A Service, and many thanks for all the encouraging comments and other feedback. Unfortunately, due to an influx of new commitments and responsibilites I am facing now in 1998, I am very sorry to say that I won't be able to guarrantee responses to this Q&A Service anymore.
Presently, I am in my final and most important year in College. I have definte plans about going overseas for University education, and coupled with my workload in school, Extra-Cirricular Activities and other commitments, it is hard to squeeze the time and patience to produce the careful, *almost* prompt, and helpful responses as I used to. I surely wouldn't want to exacerbate the situation by giving less than satisfactory replies !
Consequently, please do not post any questions to me anymore. I'm still leaving the form here as a matter of convenience, and besides, if you think your circumstances are exceptional, you can try posting your question. Nevertheless, I will try to find time to review past questions and increase the size of the FAQ. So, all is not lost, there are still reasons for you to come back ! Anyway, since you're here, why not visit my revamped homepage ?!!

Due to numerous outstanding commitments, my nearing Year-end Examinations and an increasing volume of questions received, I have decided to shut down this Q&A Service temporarily until the 1st of December 1997. Until then, please do not post me any questions. However, if there is a compelling need to do so, you may try... I cannot guarantee an answer, and I just may not reply until December 1997.
