I set up this Q&A Service in December 1996 in the course of creating my first homepage. The first and foremost reason why I took the initiative to establish this service was to attract more traffic to my homepage, but I got more than I bargained for !

Now, one year later, and about 3000+ hits later, I have already answered about 140 questions. Even as I write this, there are about 8 questions waiting to be answered. Of course, with respect to my original goals, I deem this service to be a great success, not only because it fulfilled its original purpose of increasing traffic to my homepage, but also because I managed to reply most of the questions with confidence, and received a number of acknowledgements and praise from the people I've replied to. Thanks for your support !

However, because of an increasing workload in school and other commitments, I may take a longer time to answer your questions, and depending on how busy I am, may even decide to shut down the Q&A Service for a while. (If I do, it simply means I'm not obliged to answer your questions for that temporary period of time - you can still post your questions though, and I will answer them later !)
